The picture below is a rectangle made of gold blocks and lapis lazuli blocks randomly scattered

<figure><img src="https://2481641337-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FiCsqZvQt6N8bYG3CEYIb%2Fuploads%2FjNuAfGJ4njXZzfRd3Lgl%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=a7856704-78dd-42e8-a343-e6dd959c4285" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

First we set the global mask /mask 22 which only affects lapis lazuli blocks

<figure><img src="https://2481641337-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FiCsqZvQt6N8bYG3CEYIb%2Fuploads%2F7fh4evZWCYmCRsEc3wQu%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=6070eebf-2f37-4edd-a3f6-a37842c4662b" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

After setting, use your WE axe to select the entire rectangle

<figure><img src="https://2481641337-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FiCsqZvQt6N8bYG3CEYIb%2Fuploads%2FzzhWJgLdEPGP2hsUlCPi%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=5533a95b-9b93-498a-a253-32afead5de0e" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Execute the //set 1 command

<figure><img src="https://2481641337-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FiCsqZvQt6N8bYG3CEYIb%2Fuploads%2FyOlR7uEKf5FueqsErZ6m%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=a5fbca79-963c-4c46-a597-89e1e54e8390" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

After entering, the effect is as shown above. You can see that only the lapis lazuli blocks within the rectangle were changed to stone (in other words, only blocks that are both in the mask-affected block list and within the operation's affected area can be affected).

### Fast Mode

* Description: When this mode is enabled, modifications made through WE will bypass block update checks and be saved directly, but you need to reload to see the changes.
* Usage:`//fast`
* Warning: This means that when fast mode is enabled, you will not be able to use //undo or //redo.
* To turn off fast mode, enter //fast again multiple times
